中文摘要: 2019年12月中国武汉爆发新型冠状病毒肺炎（novel coronavirus disease 2019，COVID-19）疫情。随着病例数目的增多，COVID-19除主要表现为呼吸系统症状外，还出现了以结膜炎为首发症状的感染者，已有线索认为结膜也可能是新型冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）感染的通道之一。相比于发热门诊、重症医学科、呼吸科等重点相关科室，人们对眼科有所忽视。本文通过回顾现有的研究进展，对新冠肺炎的眼部相关疾病的发病机制、诊断及治疗进行总结，提出疫情期间需加强对眼科的相对重视的建议。
Abstract:In December 2019, novel coronavirus disease 2019 （COVID-19） broken out. With the increase of the number of cases, COVID-19 is not only characterized by respiratory symptoms, but also presented with conjunctivitis as the first symptom in some patients with COVID-19. It has been thought that conjunctiva may be one of the passages of novel coronavirus （2019-nCoV） infection. Compared with key related departments such as fever clinic, critical medicine department and respiratory medicine department, ophthalmology department is likely to be ignored by people. By reviewing the progress on research, the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the ocular diseases related to COVID-19 are summarized. At the same time, it is suggested that the relative attention should be paid to ophthalmology during the epidemic period of COVID-19.
