中文摘要: 目的 检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者外周血调节性T细胞（Treq）、辅助性T细胞（Th）17水平的变化,分析其与T2D合并CHD的关系。
方法 选取2017年11月到2019年4月南京江北人民医院心内科收治的84例疑似CHD的T2DM患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果将其分为T2DM并CHD组(43例)和T2DM组(未合并CHD，41例),同时选择40例健康体检者为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测三组受试者外周血Th17细胞、Treq细胞比例,用ELISA方法检测白细胞介素（IL）-17A、IL-10水平。
结果 Th17细胞比例、IL-17A水平呈T2DM并CHD组>T2DM组>对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);Treq细胞比例、IL-10水平T2DM合并CHD组分别低于T2DM组和对照组(P均<0.05)。
结论 T2DM合并CHD患者Treq细胞显著降低,Th17细胞显著升高,这可能与T2DM患者CHD的发生发展有关。

Abstract:Objective To detect the levels of regulate T (Treg) cells and helper T (Th)17 cells in peripheral blood of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) and analyze the relationship between them.
Methods Eighty-four T2DM patients treated in Nanjing Jiangbei People's Hospital from November 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into T2DM combined with CHD group (n=43) and T2DM group (without CHD,n=41 ) according to the results of coronary angiography.At the same time,40 healthy people were served as control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of Treg cells and Th17 cells in peripheral blood，and ELISA was used to detect the levels of IL-10 and IL-17．
Results The proportion of Th17 cells and the level of IL-17A were in the order of T2DM combined with CHD group>T2DM group>control group(all P<0.01);
the percentage of Treg cells and the level of IL-10 were significantly higher than those in T2DM group and control group（all P<0.05）,respectively.
Conclusion In T2DM patients complicated with CHD， the decrease of Treg cells and the increase of Th17 cells may be related to the occurrence and development of CHD.
