中文摘要: 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血清Metrnl蛋白水平与胰岛B细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法 纳入2018年1月至2019年1月内分泌科诊断的59例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和30例正常糖耐量(NGT)者,收集两组的一般临床资料,采用ELISA法测定其血清中Metrnl的水平;通过Logistic回归分析影响血清Metrnl水平的相关因素,观察血清Metrnl水平与IR的关系。结果 T2DM组与NGT组患者相比,空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油表达水平显著增高(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇表达水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与NGT组相比,T2DM组患者的血清Metrnl水平显著升高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA2-IR)和胰岛素敏感指数(HOMA2-S)是T2DM患者Metrnl水平的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者中血清Metrnl水平显著升高且与IR有关。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the associations of serum levels of Meteorin-like (Metrnl) with islet B cell function and insulin resistance (IR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Fifty-nine T2DM patients (T2DM group) and 30 patients with normal glucose tolerance (NGT group) from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.The general clinical data were collected, and the serum level of Metrnl was detected by ELISA.Logistic regression analysis was used to observe the correlation between serum Metrnl level and IR. Results Compared with NGT group, the levels of FGB, postprandial blood glucose (PBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (GHB), TG and serum Metrnl significantly increased(P<0.01, P<0.05), and HDL-C significantly decreased in T2DM group (P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum Metrnl level was positively correlated with HOMA2-IR and negatively correlated with HOMA2-S(P<0.05). Conclusion In the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, serum Metrnl level significantly increases and is related to IR.
