中文摘要: 目的 观察院内制剂倍生颗粒对糖尿病肾病(DN)早期气阴两虚证患者肾功能、尿微量白蛋白及炎症因子的影响。方法 收集2018年3月至2019年3月DN早期气阴两虚证患者80例,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组36例,观察组44例。两组均予以基础治疗,并口服贝那普利,观察组加服倍生颗粒,用药12周,观察两组患者治疗前后血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN),尿微量白蛋白(uALB)、尿蛋白/肌酐比值(ALB/Cr),血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化。结果 治疗后观察组血清Scr、BUN,uALB、ALB/Cr,血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组对Scr、BUN、uALB、ALB/Cr、CRP、IL-6及TNF-α指标的改善作用优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 倍生颗粒治疗DN早期气阴两虚证,可有效改善肾功能、uALB排泄及减轻炎性反应,临床疗效确切,安全性较好。
Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Beisheng granule on renal function,urinary micro-albumin and inflammatory factors in patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN).MethodsA total of 80 early DN patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin syndrome from March 2018 to March 2019 were collected and divided into observation group (n=44) and control group (n=36) according to the random number table method.All patients received basic treatment and oral benazepril,patients in observation group were treated with additional Bisheng granule,and all patients were treated for 12 weeks.The levels of serum creatinine (Scr),urea nitrogen (BUN),urinary micro-albumin (uALB),urinary protein/creatinine ratio (ALB/Cr),serum C-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured and compared before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,the levels of serum Scr,BUN,uALB,ALB/Cr,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the improvement effect of above-mentioned indexes in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionBisheng granule can effectively improve renal function,urinary micro-albumin excretion and inflammatory reaction degree in the treatment of early DN with deficiency of Qi and Yin syndrome,which has definite clinical effect and good safety.
