中文摘要: 目的 分析盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗癌痛患者躯体功能的效果及与疼痛程度的相关性。方法 选择2015年1月至2017年5月治疗的78例中、重度癌痛患者为研究对象,予以盐酸羟考酮缓释片口服治疗,以数字疼痛评分法(NRS)和卡式躯体功能状态评分(KPS)评估患者的疼痛程度和躯体功能,观察并记录治疗期间患者的不良反应,并分析癌痛程度与治疗后躯体功能的相关性。结果 治疗后,中重度癌痛患者的总体缓解率为94.87%,其中中度癌痛患者疼痛缓解率为95.12%,重度癌痛患者为94.59%;中、重度癌痛患者KPS评分均高于治疗前(P<0.01),且重度患者的KPS评分高于中度癌痛患者(P<0.01);治疗前癌痛程度与治疗后KPS评分呈正相关性(r=0.773,P<0.05);患者不良反应均较轻微,且经剂量调整后可逐渐减轻。结论 盐酸羟考酮缓释片在中重度癌痛的治疗中,不仅可有效缓解癌痛、改善患者躯体功能,还具有较好的安全性,且在重度癌痛患者中疗效更佳。
Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets on body function of the patients with cancer pain and its correlation with pain degree.MethodsA total of 78 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain treated from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects and treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NRS) and Karnofsky performance score (KPS) were used to evaluate pain severity and physical function.The adverse reactions during treatment were observed and recorded,and the relationship between the degree of cancer pain and physical function after treatment was analyzed.ResultsAfter treatment,the overall remission rate was 94.87%,in which the remission rate was 95.12% in patients with moderate cancer pain and 94.59% in patients with severe cancer pain;KPS scores were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01),and KPS score of patients with severe cancer pain was statistically higher than that of patients with moderate cancer pain (P<0.01).The degree of cancer pain before treatment was positively correlated with KPS score after treatment (r=0.773,P<0.05).The adverse reactions were mild and tolerable in patients and could be improved after dose adjustment.ConclusionIn the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain,oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets could effectively relieve cancer pain and improve the physical function of patients with good safety and have better curative effect in the patients with severe cancer pain.
