中文摘要: 2019年12月国内出现的新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)引起的肺炎,因其传播迅速引起全世界的重视,目前抗新冠病毒尚无特效药,所以对于患者的救治带来极大的挑战。为了提高危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的治愈率,本文以国家卫生健康委员会和国家中医药管理局组织制定的《新型冠状病毒肺炎轻型、普通型病例管理规范》、《新型冠状病毒肺炎重症、危重症病例诊疗方案(试行第二版)》和《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第七版)》为依据,介绍新冠肺炎危重患者的临床表现,重点介绍危重患者治疗策略及如何提高危重症患者的救治率、降低危重患者的死亡率,以期为临床对新冠肺炎危重患者的治疗提供参考。
Abstract:Pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in Wuhan in December 2019 has attracted worldwide attention because of its rapid spread.At present,there is no specific drug for 2019-nCoV,which brings great challenges to the treatment of patients.In order to improve the cure rate of critically ill patients with new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19),this article introduced the clinical manifestations of COVID-19 in critically ill patients,focusing on the treatment strategies and how to improve the treatment rate,and reduce the mortality of critically ill patients,to provide clinical reference for the treatment of critically ill patients with COVID-19.
