中文摘要: 目的 阐述腹茧症病理机制、诊断要点及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析收治的1例腹茧症,并进行国内外文献复习。结果 本例患者术前肠梗阻原因不明,术中证实,术后病理确诊,随访一年无复发及不适。结论 肠梗阻为腹茧症常见临床表现,应充分结合腹部CT及MRI的影像学表现进行术前诊断,手术是有效的治疗方式。
Abstract:Objective To elaborate the pathological mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of abdominal cocoon. Methods A case of abdominal cocoon was retrospectively analyzed, and the literature at home and abroad was reviewed. Results The cause of intestinal obstruction was unknown before operation and was confirmed to be abdominal cocoon during operation and by post-operative pathological diagnosis.There was no recurrence or discomfort during one year follow-up. Conclusion Intestinal obstruction is a common clinical manifestation of abdominal cocoon.Surgery is an effective treatment for intestinal obstruction, and preoperative diagnosis should be made based on the omnidirectional image of abdominal CT and MRI.
